Principal's message
Francis Greenway High School is a proud and inclusive school, committed to developing responsible, successful learners in a supportive environment built on our core values of Respect, Responsibility, Cooperation and Commitment. We work in close partnership with our families, community and the Maitland AECG to strengthen culture, student voice and meaningful pathways for all students, with a strong and ongoing commitment to Aboriginal education.
Our dedicated staff provide high-quality teaching and personalised learning that challenges and supports every student to achieve their potential. We offer a wide range of opportunities across academic, cultural, sporting, creative and leadership fields, supported by strong wellbeing structures, explicit teaching practices and recognised expertise in High Potential and Gifted Education.
Together, we strive to nurture confident, capable and resilient young people who are well prepared for their future.
