Year 9 - 2027 Subject selection

Entering Year 9 marks an exciting step in your education, as you can now choose two elective subjects to study through Years 9 and 10 (Stage 5).

We encourage students to discuss their elective choices with their families and carefully consider their interests, strengths, and future goals. Elective selections should be based on personal interests and abilities rather than on who may be teaching the course or what friends are choosing to study.

Students are encouraged to speak with teachers during lessons or break times to learn more about subjects they are considering. Parents and carers are also welcome to contact the school on 4964 1282 if they would like further information or guidance regarding elective choices.
